Best of quarantine in Toronto

During confinement, there are behaviors or things you see that are worth telling. Here are the little discoveries I made during my lockdown.

Protection for all

You may have seen it as this picture shows. Even the statues in Toronto are required to protect themselves during this time!

Safety distance

Canadians have a great sense of humor! In a Waterfront park, you are required to keep a safety distance of 3 geese between each person.

The hydro-alcoholic gel scam

See this little bottle? Well, when the stores were empty at the beginning of the quarantine, it was sold for $3... a great scam!

Stock up on water

In the same way as the antiseptic gel, some smart guys felt smart to order a huge amount of water to make money. As a result, they end up with whole pallets of water that they don't have room for in their store!

Respect the distance with the cashier

So he didn't respect anything anymore, he put a public bench in his store so that the customers respect the distance with the counter.

The strip-tease club not happy

Revisit your geography

I recently learned that Montreal is a village in the Ardèche as well. Must be nice when you're trying to navigate with GPS.

The day of psychosis

I walked into a store to buy a coffee to go. The person greets me and asks me if I ordered online or by phone. When I tell her I didn't, she asks me to go out and order by phone. I find myself calling the store in front of its window to order a coffee... While I'm waiting for the person to prepare it for me, a woman asks me if I'm going to stay on the left or the right side of the sidewalk. I make her understand that I do not move. She then asks me to respect the 6 feet distance and opens an umbrella in front of me and points it in my direction as if to protect herself from my harmful presence.
